Software Development Do you like to code and play around with the latest development and networking technologies? Do you think in binary code and 32-bit color? Do you know the difference between contact.name, contact->name and char *contact? We are looking for people who know PHP or C/C++, who have had experience with real-time applications, and have worked on Windows, Linux, MacOS X and/or mobile platforms. You can be an independent programmer and you don't necessarily have to be located in New York to apply for this position.
Product Management Raketu is changing people's lives. There are many ideas and ways to enhance Raketu, and we hear about them everyday. Between organizing these ideas, working with the software teams, listening to the industry, and executing on the vision, there's a process of collecting and analyzing requirements, maintaining schedules, prioritizing deliverables and making sure people get things done. If you can manage the ever-persistent challenge of resources and requirements, this one is for you.
Technical Support/Operations We are looking for experienced support/operations people with Windows Server, Linux, Unix, SQLServer, mySQL and/or Oracle.
Customer support We care about satisfaction of every Raketu user and pride ourselves in providing great and responsive customer service. You need to have polite character, patience and like helping people. Multi-lingual is a definite asset.
